I am pleased to be the Chairman of the Northwest Cardiff Conservation area. This covers the conservation areas in Rhiwbina, Whitchurch, St Fagans, Creigiau and Gwaelod-y-Garth. The committee considers proposals, including planning applications which are within the Conservation Area and also proposals which would have a reasonable visual influence of the Conservation Areas, which are under the remit of the committee.
