Manor Way is an exceptionally busy road, and this junction is already at saturation point. We have a very busy hotel, restaurant and public house, a petrol station with a supermarket attached and a Fire Station just around the corner. The road is always one of the Gateways to the City.
Many residents have written to the local Councillors for Whitchurch, Rhiwbina and Heath as all these wards would be affected if the proposals were to go ahead. If residents would like more information about this, please let me know and I can send you information relating to the proposals. Also, if you would like to make any comments, please let me know and I will ensure that they are fed into the official council consultation process.
The Council Leadership have launched a new Public Question Time which will take place during monthly Council Meetings, held either at City or County Hall. If you would like to ask a question to either the Liberal Democrat Leader or a member of his Executive, please let me know and I will post out the information to you directly. This is an important chance for residents to question important decisions regarding Cardiff.
I am delighted to have been asked to give out prizes at the Chrysanthemum and Dahlia Society Show on Wednesday 14th September. The exquisite flower show is open all day at the Scout Hut in Heol y Bont, Rhiwbina. Everyone is welcome to attend and the Society is always looking for new Members to become involved.   My husband, Cllr Adrian Robson, and I were delighted to be made patrons recently of the Society and endorse the work undertaken by the Members from across the City and beyond.
My next Surgery and Coffee Morning is on Saturday 17th September, between 10.30am – Noon at the Wendy Hut, Lon Fach, Rhiwbina. If residents are unable to attend and have any issues they would like to discuss, please contact me using my details outlined below.
