There are four specific aspects to their work. Registration : to decide who can provide services. Inspection : to inspect care services against regulations and national minimum standards and publish reports. Complaints : to investigate and deal with complaints. Enforcement : to make sure that the Care Standards Act, and the associated regulations and national minimum standards are met.

Many people use
A number of concerned residents have contacted me regarding applications for telecommunications masts. There have been many successful residents campaigns of late, and they have provided robust arguments for not positioning the masts in locations, often close to residential properties. If you have concerns about an application, please contact the Council on 029 2087 2000 for more information about how you can comment on the  proposals.     Â
