Who are we?       

We are part of adult services, based in Radyr Place,  Gabalfa.            

What do we do?    

We provide a 24/7 emergency alarm service to Cardiff residents, mainly the elderly, disabled, vulnerable
 
How does it work?  

The alarm equipment works through the telephone network .We install either a small box which sits alongside your existing telephone, or we can provide a telephone which contains the alarm equipment, to accompany the alarm equipment a battery operated pendant which can be worn around the neck, as a bracelet or a brooch, the pendant will remotely operate the alarm unit anywhere in the house or
garden.

What happens then? 

We provide two levels of service, Contact only : when the alarm is activated the call comes through to our control centre where our experienced operators will quickly contact the right person to provide the help you need, this could be a relative, friend or neighbour, doctor or the emergency services. We also provide a Mobile Warden Response service, and will arrange for a mobile warden to visit when you need emergency help or assistance. 

There is a small additional charge for this level of service.
