Brian was first elected to Cardiff Council in May 2008.
He is a retired Local Government Officer, specialising in Information Technology.
He is Deputy Chairman of Governors at Greenhill Special School and an LEA Governor at Llanishen Fach Primary School.
Outside of politics, he is a Member of Cardiff Speakers Club and is on the committee for Feed The Homeless.
